Does my insurance company cover Massage Therapy?
An increasing number of insurance companies are including Massage Therapy in their benefit packages. Check with your insurer to find out if you qualify for coverage.
Are all of your therapists registered?
Yes. All of our therapists have graduated from an accredited Massage Therapy program consisting of 2200 hours theoretical and practical work. We have all passed the provincial certification examinations that allow us to practice in Ontario.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Interac. We do not accept Cash.
Do I need to book an appointment ahead of time?
Yes. Massage Therapy treatments are by appointment only. Please keep in mind that evening and weekend appointments book up quickly, so be sure to book well in advance to get the time you prefer, and to avoid disappointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our office requires 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. If cancelling with less than 24 hours notice, a fee will be charged in the amount of the original appointment.
What is your lateness policy?
Clients are responsible for the time they reserve for their appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment, you will only be treated for the remainder of your allotted time. You will, however, be charged for the FULL amount of your original appointment time.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Unfortunately, we do not sell gift certificates.
How often should I come for a massage?
Many people make massage a part of their regular routine, coming every 4-6 weeks for stress relief and preventative maintenance. If you are suffering from an injury, you may want to come more frequently for a short while; you and your therapist can create a schedule and treatment plan that best suits your needs.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
During your first visit, you will need to arrive early to fill out a health history form. Please be sure to bring reading glasses (if needed) and the names of any prescription medications (if applicable). A complete and accurate health history form will make it easier for your therapist to create a safe and effective treatment plan for you.
Do you provide any services in addition to Massage Therapy?
The clinic focuses solely on Massage Therapy. However, all of our therapists take continuing education courses such as deep tissue fascia release, craniosacral therapy, nutrition and yoga.
If you are interested in Acupuncture or Traditional Chinese Medicine, we recommend Bhawani Sinanan.

Do you provide pregnancy massage?
Yes. All massage therapists are trained in pregnancy (prenatal) massage, and we do offer that service here at the clinic. Many women benefit greatly from massage during pregnancy.
Do you provide receipts?
Yes. After every treatment we provide a complete official receipt that is accepted by insurance companies, if you have coverage for Massage Therapy. We do not issue receipts before the treatment is completed and we cannot put someone else’s name on your receipt
